Sheryl's Thank You
February 2011, I received this phone message. "Bill, we won, we won first place, we won first place in the Southwest, call me, we are going to Washington, call me, call me, call me, bye bye, thank you, they are totally impressed with the process, that all the kids participated, by the spirit, the whole spirit of the thing, anyways, thank you, god bless you, bye…” (November 2010 Sheryl invited me to mentor her 7th grade art students in a competition to design a "School of the Future". April 2011, her class was recognized as the Southwestern United States Regional Winners in this international student design competition.)
I love this message and continue to purposely avoid "delete".
