SuCasa Magazine's contributing writer

I was commissioned by SuCasa Magazine to write a feature article about a home, where I had nothing to do with the design. SURPRISE...it made the cover of their Autumn Phoenix Scottsdale 2015 issue.

Though adobe brick has universal appeal, this was not writing about architecture from a technical point of view. Rather is was an article intended to capture the hearts of the owners and their designer. The words are my perception about what they love about this home.  As a "contributing writer", this was a process of critical listening and then carefully composing a positive response. Of course editor Amy Gross added a tweak or two of written refinement.

Once on the stands in places like Costco and Bashas, I recieved a fun call from the owners, Ed and Julie, who called to share their smiles.
