Greg's Vision for a new place to dine in Phoenix
We enjoy remodel work.
We are currently providing services in support of a developer's(Greg's)vision for remodeling a free standing building from prior glory days as a Carl Jr.'s Greg's vision includes converting this structure into two new places to dine. With an opportunity to better experience the nearby Phoenix Mountain Preserve, the big ideas include remodeling the north side of this structure from mostly solid walls into a wall of storefront glass. Adjacent to the indoor dining with floor to ceiling windows, will also be quality outdoor space (each new dining establishment with indoor and outdoor views toward those beautiful Sonoran Desert mountains, each new space worthy of entrepreneurial boutique dining or reputable establishments like Starbucks Coffee, Chipolte Mexican Grill, or 32 Shea).
This is all about revitalizing a neighborhood retail center(coincidentally, also the city leaders' vision).
