Ability360's site

about the design

While in escrow, for their property along the Valley Metro light rail, we were commissioned by Arizona Bridge To Independent Living (now "Ability360") to conceptualize the site potential for developing a "state of the art" non profit center to serve the disabled community within Metropolitain Phoenix.

Since our site conceptions, their property has been developed into Arizona's largest center for independent living. In addition to space for their organization, approximately 10 other related non profits share office and conference facilities. Also built and operating is a 12 million dollar one of it's kind sports and fitness center funded by the Virginia G. Piper Foundation.

Now Ability360, they initially described their facilities as the "Disability Empowerment Center of Arizona".
